After running the “toughest 5k in the world” for the first time, Brooks asked me to write about my experience. Stepping out from behind the face of a brand and putting myself on display was a new and admittedly slightly uncomfortable challenge. Nevertheless, it was an amazing opportunity to reflect on such a unique experience and share my journey with others.

Street-style Interviews
My five minutes of fame came in a last-minute need for someone to conduct a street-style interview promoting Brooks’ most loved running shoe. I wrote the questions, and the next thing I knew, I was asking them as well. I might not be destined for fame, but I brought as much energy as an awkward copywriter could muster.
